Winch .22 Cal Rifles
W98 RARE WINCHESTER MODEL 59 IN 22 CALIBER
Item # W98
The model 59 was a low production gun made only in 1930 and into 1931. Unfortunately this one is not a great example. It has had a coat of black paint on it with some of it worn off. Stock has been cracked, repaired, sanded and varnished. A big chip out at the toe and missing buttplate. If you need a Model 59 to complete a Winchester collection, this one would work until you found a better one. Very fairly priced.
Modern $ 225.

W182 WINCHESTER 1890
Item # W182
Cal 22 short. This gun is in well used cond. It has seen it's share of hard use and abuse. Oct bbl with good markings. Mostly a deep chocolate patina on the bbl and an aged looking frame. Slide action is very worn. A couple cracks from the screw holes. Surprisingly there is no wood missing. Buttstock looks about the same with a couple of cracks. On top of that, some dumb ass sketched in some skull and crossbones on the left side of the stock that looks like the work of a 3rd grader. It has some issues but it is still a Winchester!
Modern $ 225 sale pending.
W194 WINCHESTER 1900 BOYS RIFLE
Item # W194
22 short and long. The model 1900 was a small light handy 22 single shot. Thus giving it the name of Boys Rifle. The really great thing on this rifle is the stock which is way above average for these small 22's. No major cracks or losses. These had the tendency to break a chunk off towards the back by the bolt channel but not this one! Wood is in very nice shape with just the usual handling marks. Sound piece of wood. The wood is very dark and it appears like someone kept oil on the stock throughout it's life. Metal has aged to a grey/brown color. Sights have been changed. Bore is rough. A very good eye appealing early Winchester 22.
Modern $ 475.
W199 WINCHESTER MODEL 1903
Item # W199
Semi-auto rifle chambered in the obsolete 22 cal Win. Auto. Nice condition gun with 90%+ blue remaining. There is a gouge on the right side of the stock between the loading port and the buttplate. A couple of other dings on both stock and forearm but relatively good wood condition. If you are looking for a 1903 this would be a good representative piece.
Modern $ 895.

Modern $ 325.

Modern $ 295.
W34A WINCHESTER MODEL 77

Bore is absolutely beautiful. Would be a good user gun.
Modern $ 375.

W105 VERY RARE WINCHESTER 74 GALLERY GUN
Item # W105
This 22 short gallery gun is nickel plated which is seldom seen. Nearly all orig nickel finish remains. Bbl on these were a brighter nickel color and a more satin nickel on the receiver. Light wear at the middle of the receiver. Inside the bbl is just as nice as the outside. Stock is in VG overall cond with just a few usage marks and a couple dings towards the butt plate. This evidently did not make the carnival circuit since most of those were pretty beat up. A very nice example.
Modern $ 1,375.
W1567 WINCHESTER MODEL 1902
Item # W1567
This is an early model with the "Model 1902 22 Short and Long" marked on the bbl. Nice smooth metal with very little finish. Bbl has a peep rear sight. Bore is way above average for one of these small 22s. Getting into the VG+ category. Wood has some dings, scratches and usage marks but still in sound cond. This gun is a bargain!
Modern $ 255 sale pending.
W116 WINCHESTER THUMB TRIGGER
Item # W116

Metal has been cleaned to a silver/grey. The markings on the bbl are good. Bore has some wear and pitting. The bolt handle has been welded on. The action does work. This gun has a few faults but is still very rare.

W1547 EARLY WINCHESTER 52 SPORTER
Item # W1547-25-302
This rifle is just under 35k serial range. The M-52 was the Cadillac of the Winchester 22's and being a Sporter makes it hard to come by. A good looking rifle with very good overall condition. Nearly all blue remaining on the receiver. Bbl has most blue with a couple of wear spots and thinning in places. There are 4 plugged holes. In the correct holes on the receiver is the base of a Lyman 48 receiver sight. Right now the gun sports a Weaver 440 scope with orig leather scope caps. A nice period scope. Another assessor on this gun is orig Winchester sling swivels and an old leather sling. The orig 5-round magazine is present. Wood is nice and solid with normal usage marks. Some dings, scratches and a couple of gouges. Interesting presentation plaque on the right hand side of the stock stating presentation to a W.A. Cameron. Bore and action are VG.

The delicate and stylish trigger guard is in tact. Stock has seen some abuse and has the typical crack coming from the bolt forward. Also a chunk of wood missing towards the forearm. Some freckling and age spots. The wood is kind of beat up too but surprisingly no wood missing. These were prone to having a piece out either on the wrist or towards the top of the bbl channel. This one does not. There is a name engraved in the stock on the left hand side and a couple of initials on the right. Also 5 achievement notches on the top towards the comb area. Still collectable being very scarce.

W1373 WINCHESTER MODEL 1903 WITH SCOPE
Item # W1373
The 1903 is chambered in the obsolete 22 Winchester auto cal. This is a very pretty gun with most blue remaining at 90%+. Light wear at a couple of the high points on the receiver. Rather strange in the fact that it has a threaded bbl with protective cap for the installation of most likely the early style Maxim silencer. No silencer on it of course. Also there is a scope mounted on the early style Weaver wrap around mount. In the mount is a Weaver model 344 scope. Looks very good on this gun. The wood is exceptional for an '03 as is the bore. Nice old Winchester!
Modern $ 1,095 .
