Photo View: (MHG366-14-602) VERY RARE CIVIL WAR ERA BABY LEMAT PINFIRE REVOLVER

Only 3 or 4 of these Baby LeMat pistols are known in the pinfire version. 36 caliber 9 shot plus an under barrel of about 44 caliber. Overall gun is in beautiful cond with a considerable amount of orig bright blue, some turning brown, exc case colors on the recoil shield and the protected areas of the frame. Checkered walnut grips are fine with the correct Lanyard loop in the butt. With Birmingham proofmarks, plus markings "Col. LeMat BRT" and serial number 131 located on side of bbl. Mechanically crisp and a very rare gun. Definitely used by the Confederate Army.
