The Wells Fargo was a variation of the 1849 pocket percussion revolver. 5-shot 31 cal. The oddity of the Wells Fargo model was that they were expressly built without a loading lever. Metal is grey and no doubt has been cleaned years ago. Luckily it was not over cleaned as the markings are very good. The cylinder scene is quite visible. Brass on the gun looks VG and has an aged patina. 150k serial range with all numbers matching. Action works good as are the trigger and hammer springs. Other than a couple of dings on the bottom the grips are nice.
