F1065 UNMARKED PLAIN PATTERN POWDER FLASK; Looks like number 212 in Riling’s book. This large (7 1/2″ from the bottom of the body to the bottom of the charger) tall flask has a very nice copper patina, 2 eyelets and an adjustable charger on a plain top.
