M852 METAL ELEPHANT HEAD AND BONE HANDLE INDO PERSIAN MOGHAL DAGGER; 14-1/2 inch blade is half Damascus and the lower half is made of 3 square metal rods brought together at the point. The center rod has a twist and it makes this dagger stand out. The elephant head is ornately decorated with the trunk forming the guard of the handle. Very interesting piece with a red velveteen covered sheath.
