W4339 WINCHESTER MODEL 53 TAKE DOWN RIFLE CHAMBERED IN 25-20; 22 inch barrel shows 70% finish with some wear and handling marks. Bore is about good with scattered patches of light to moderate pitting with otherwise bright and shiny surfaces. Ramp mounted bead front and flat top sporting rear sights. Receiver shows about 40% finish with signs of a light cleaning leaving areas of very light pitting. Walnut stocks are solid and full fitting showing use and handling marks fit with a ribbed steel butt plate. Manufactured in 1925.
